The Scale of Injustice at Neka Art Museum, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

Indonesia Bertutur is an event initiated by the Directorate of Film, Music, and Media of the Directorate General of Culture, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, as a means to explore cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage which are sources of knowledge and ideas that are relevant to today's life. 

As part of efforts to advance the cultural ecosystem, Indonesia Bertutur 2024 will be held in Batubulan, Ubud, and Nusa Dua, Bali, on 7–18 August 2024, with the theme of Subak, which contains various valuable values and knowledge, and has become a world cultural heritage. 

Involving around 900 artists and cultural practitioners and presenting more than 100 works from various fields of art and traditions, Indonesia Bertutur 2024 aims to offer openness in thinking and acting while prioritizing the achievement of the creation of works of art aimed at the welfare of society. 

Like its first event on 7–11 September 2022 in the Borobudur area, Magelang, Indonesia Bertutur is expected to be a source of education, experience, and inspiration for the community, especially the younger generation, so that they are moved to participate in preserving the heritage of arts and culture throughout the archipelago. For this reason, Indonesia Bertutur is open to the general public without any fees.
